I ordered the pink thinking it would look like the photos, but what showed up was more of a dull orange-ish shade. I was worried I’d been fooled when I opened it because it didn’t match what I expected at all

In the end, it just wasn’t worth the stress for me. I ordered from thepaisleyheart.com and the whole tracking situation was a mess from start to finish. I kept having to check on it myself, and when updates did show up, they were either late or confusing.
When I reached out to ask where my order actually was, the response was vague and didn’t really clear anything up. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but mine was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

I paid more than I probably should have for this, assuming the quality would match how nice it looked online. But once it arrived, it just felt kind of cheap in person. Maybe this is just how their stuff usually is, but I wouldn’t buy from here again.

This has been really frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

The box showed up bent, which wasn’t great, but luckily the item inside looked fine. I just wish they’d be more clear about what they mean when they say it’s packed securely, because that feels like one of those vague promises that doesn’t really mean much once it arrives looking roughed up.
